ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Document Controller/Project Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing all documentation processes related to a range of Public and Infrastructure projects. This role demands a high level of organisation, attention to detail, and experience with project management software. This role is senior role that requires proven experience in Document Control or Project Administration capabilities, the ability to work across both would be highly regarded.
DUTIES.
- Organise, store, and retrieve project documents, ensuring all records are properly categorised and easily accessible.
- Coordinate with consultants to ensure that all documentation aligns with project requirements and timelines.
- Prepare and distribute documentation to relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
- Use Aconex software to track and manage project-related documents.
- Conduct regular audits of document control processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure best practices are followed.
- Proven experience as a Document Controller and/or Project Administrator.
- Experience working within the architectural industry is highly preferred, not required.
- Proficiency in Aconex software is preferred, not required.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent and engaging communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively liaise with project teams and external stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy in documentation.
