ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position is for someone who enjoys contributing to the high-end residential space and wants genuine ownership over their work. There is no micromanagement here. As a Senior Architect, you will run your own projects from end to end, leading teams to deliver high-quality, design-driven outcomes, while also playing a pivotal role in mentoring the junior team.
DUTIES.
- Manage projects from early concept to delivery
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and consultants
- Ability to be hands-on and contribute to documentation
- Ensure all plans are compliant and the project is delivered on time
- Demonstrated experience in residential projects (low and high density)
- High proficiency with Revit
- Registration is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and coordination with consultants
