ABOUT THE POSITION.
This position is working as a Senior Architect in the office, running projects ranging from $100k to multi-million dollar builds. Due to the small size of the team, you will be exposed to all phases of projects and need to be agile enough to work across all project types and stages, with a particular focus on health projects. Strong communication and organisational skills are essential to this role.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Run all stages of design and documentation independently, with a particular focus on health sector projects
- Liaise directly with clients, consultants, and authorities, coordinating input across all phases of the project
- Attend site meetings and inspections throughout construction to resolve design issues and ensure quality outcomes
- Mentor and provide guidance to junior staff, contributing to the team's technical documentation standards
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 5+ years of postgraduate experience
- Proven experience in healthcare projects is preferred
- Industry experience across all stages is essential
- Working knowledge of Revit
- Excellent communication and relationship management
- Strong time management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects and deadlines
