ABOUT THE POSITION.
Seeking a highly experienced Senior Architect to join the team. This role is ideal for a passionate architect who thrives in a creative, supportive atmosphere and is eager to advance their career. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with the Director on various high-end projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality, budget, and timeline.
DUTIES.
- Collaborate with the Director on the design and documentation of high-end residential and commercial projects.
- Lead project management to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality.
- Manage client relationships and coordinate with consultants to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Oversee construction administration and effectively manage building contracts.
- Minimum of 8+ years of post-graduate architectural experience, focusing on NSW standards.
- Proven track record in project management, including on-site construction administration.
- High proficiency in ArchiCAD and familiarity with QA systems.
- Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work collaboratively.
