ABOUT THE POSITION.
If you love getting your hands dirty on both the technical details and the realities of on-site delivery, this is your role. You'll own your projects end-to-end as Senior Architect with no one looking over your shoulder - all while playing a key part in shaping and mentoring the junior team around you.
DUTIES.
- Manage projects from early concept to delivery
- Liaise with clients, stakeholders and consultants
- Ability to be hands-on and contribute to documentation
- Ensure all plans are compliant and the project is delivered on time
- High proficiency with Revit
- Registration is preferred but not essential
- Strong communication skills and coordination with consultants
- Ability to deliver complex projects
