About the Position.
As Senior Contracts Administrator you'll report directly to your Project Manager, embedded within a collaborative site and project team from day one. You'll be involved across the full project lifecycle, from design stages through to completion, managing client relationships and ensuring every project is delivered to the standard this business is known for.
Duties.
- Manage project design and service coordination
- Oversee procurement, programming, and cost control
- Administer variations and contractual obligations
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships
- Tertiary or trade qualification in a building-related discipline
- Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator on commercial projects
- Demonstrated career stability with previous employers
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
