With a growing pipeline of secured work across NSW, they’re now seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator, or a driven Contracts Administrator ready to step into the Senior CA role. This is a great opportunity to play a key role in the end to end delivery of exciting projects, and provides a clear pathway to Project Management

ABOUT THE POSITION

You will work alongside an experienced Project Manager and lead the Contract Administration for premium interior and refurbishment projects across NSW - from design coordination through to procurement, cost control, and final delivery. This is an opportunity to take full ownership across the life of a project and work on on some of Sydney’s most exciting commercial new build and fit-out project.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Experience working on commercial fit out and new build construction projects is essential 
  • Tertiary qualification in a building-related discipline is preferable
  • Proven track record as a Site/Contracts Administrator/Junior Project Manager or similar
  • Strong history of stability with previous employers
