ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Senior Contract Administrator you will work alongside Project Managers, and report directly to the Contracts Manager and Commercial Manager. You will work collaboratively with the site, design, and project teams to deliver projects, from design through to completion stages. You will be responsible for managing teams of Project Coordinators, Contracts Administrators and Cadets to ensure the commercial project is delivered to the highest standards.

- Proven track record delivering commercial projects above $20M
- Proven record as a Senior Contracts Administrator
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
