As the business continues to grow, they are looking for a Senior Contracts Administrator or Project Manager to come in and grow with them.

ABOUT THE POSITION

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you will play a key role in the delivery of commercial and residential projects across the ACT. Whether you are a Contracts Administrator ready to step up into a more senior role, or an established Project Manager looking to take on bigger and more complex builds, this role is structured to   fast-track your development and set you up for the next step in your career. You will get hands on exposure across the full project lifecycle, from early procurement through to practical completion.

DUTIES
  • Contract administration, including variations and claims
  • Procurement and programming
  • Cost control and budget management
  • Client and stakeholder management
  • RFI management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary qualification in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related discipline is advantageous 
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Experience as a Contracts Administrator or Project Manager within commercial or residential construction
