ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will play a key role in managing challenging projects from concept to completion, delivering high-quality electrical designs and maintaining strong client relationships. Extensive experience in building services, strong communication skills, and effective leadership skills are essential for success in this role.
DUTIES.
- Prepare detailed technical design documentation
- Manage projects from concept to completion
- Mentor and train graduate engineers
- Conduct maximum demand calculations, cable sizing & lighting calculations
- Attend site inspections and client meetings
- Collaborate with internal engineers & drafters
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- Proven experience within a building services environment
- Proficiency in PowerCAD and AGI32
- Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
