ABOUT THE POSITION. 

As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you’ll take charge of complex building services projects from concept to completion. In this leadership role, you’ll guide a skilled team, ensuring electrical designs meet high standards for performance, compliance, and creativity. Your day-to-day will involve hands-on project coordination, technical oversight, and close collaboration with clients and consultants. Beyond delivery, you’ll be a key mentor shaping the next generation of engineers by fostering knowledge-sharing, encouraging innovation, and supporting professional growth within your team.

DUTIES.   
  • Electrical design - building services
  • Site visits and client management
  • Ability to mentor and train Junior/Graduate Engineers 
  • Monitoring project plans and circuit diagrams 
  • Ensuring compliance that projects meet safety regulations 
  • Monitoring budgets to ensure project costs stay within range
  • Liaise with stakeholders and consultants 
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES.   
  • Bachelor of Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification 
  • Previous Building Services design experience 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Proficiency in software AGI32 and Dialux
