ABOUT THE POSITION.

As an Electrical Team Lead, you will be instrumental in steering complex projects from inception to completion, ensuring the delivery of high-quality electrical designs and maintaining client relationships. Your extensive experience in building services, coupled with strong communication and leadership skills, will be pivotal in guiding and developing a team of engineers.

DUTIES.
  • Perform maximum demand, cable sizing and lighting calculations
  • Prepare detailed electrical design documentation
  • Lead and mentor the electrical engineering team
  • Coordinate design meetings and liaise with stakeholders
  • Manage project timelines, budgets and deliverables effectively
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions
  • Organise inspections and prepare defect reports
  • Maintain client relationships and support business development
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Proven experience leading projects within a building services environment
  • Proficiency in PowerCAD and AGI32
  • Strong knowledge of local building codes and standards
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
