ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking a driven Senior Environmental Engineer to lead and mentor junior team members while managing a variety of impactful projects across the environmental sector. In this role, you will provide technical guidance and support to clients, ensuring compliance with environmental regulations and advancing sustainability goals. You will play a key part in delivering practical, responsible, and compliant solutions, while enjoying tailored career growth and training that empowers you to make a real impact in the environmental industry.
DUTIES.
- Conduct preliminary site inspections (PSI) and detailed site inspections (DSI)
- Managing and mentoring junior consultant
- Conduct validation to confirm remedial success and regulatory compliance
- Coordinating with clients, builders and other stakeholders
- Delivering environmental contamination and remediation reports
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Environmental Engineering, Environmental Science, Geology, or similar field.
- Proven environmental engineering experience
- License Asbestos Awareness (LAA) will be preferred but not essential
- Strong written or verbal communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously and work as a team
