ABOUT THE ROLE
Reporting directly to the Estimating Manager, you will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, tender submissions, and liaising with key stakeholders. This is a role with clear potential for advancement, offering strong support and the opportunity to contribute to projects that deliver real community impact.
DUTIES.
- Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors
- Read and interpret plans
- Negotiation
- Prepare tender submissions
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
- Demonstrated ability to win new build commercial/residential projects
- Strong written and verbal communication
