Based in the Sydney CBD, the company operates across NSW, with the majority of projects located in the metropolitan region. From commercial office workplaces to luxury gymnasiums, high-end educational facilities, bespoke retail spaces, and more — their diverse commercial portfolio continues to expand.

As a result of this ongoing growth, they are seeking an experienced Senior Estimator to take a leading role within the Estimating department and secure commercial fit-out projects valued up to $50M.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

Working closely with the Estimator Manager, you will measure and calculate the cost of materials and work, price projects, and create tender submissions. You will receive the guidance and support needed to successfully secure projects for the company and in turn play a big part in the growth and development of the company. This position is best suited to someone looking for accelerated growth and progression in their career.

DUTIES.
  • Liaise with Clients, Suppliers and Subcontractors
  • Read and interpret plans
  • Negotiation
  • Prepare tender submissions
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or similar
  • Demonstrated ability to win commercial fit out projects up to $50M 
  • Experience working for a commercial construction company 
  • Strong written and verbal communication
