ABOUT THE ROLE.
As an experienced Facade Engineer, you will take control of the design and delivery of facade projects in the Australian market. You will take ownership of the entire project, from design through to the construction phase, and will be responsible for liaising with a stakeholders across different departments. You will engage in site inspections and provide F3P1 reports as well as Facade specifications.
DUTIES.
- Structural analysis and coordination of facade components such as glass, aluminium, curtain wall systems, fixings and steelworks
- F3P1 reports, performance based façade specifications and recladding
- Take ownership of your own façade projects
- Conduct site inspections of façade projects and writing reports
- Conduct building diagnostics and access reports
- Design projects using Strand7, Spacegass and AutoCAD software
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Degree qualifications in Engineering
- CPEng & DBP Registered highly regarded
- Experienced in performance solution reports (FP3P1)
- Proficient with Strand7, Spacegass, AutoCAD and other related software
- Strong verbal and written communication
