ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking a Senior Façade Engineer for an exciting opportunity to lead the design and delivery of complex façade projects. The role involves attending project meetings, providing technical input across all project phases, conducting site inspections, and mentoring a team of Junior Façade Engineers. This role will offer exposure to complex projects, along with tailored career development aligned with your professional goals.
DUTIES.
- Prepare and review F3P1 reports, waterproofing, and thermal analysis
- Collaborate with architects, builders, and other stakeholders
- Lead the design and delivery of complex façade systems
- Coordinate façade systems with a focus on performance materials and envelope integration
- Support design and documentation of bespoke, architectural projects
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES.
- Bachelor of Structural or Civil Engineering or similar
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Strand7, REVIT, THERM, WINDOW, CHECKWIND or similar
- Previous façade engineering experience
- Strong oral and written communication skills
