An exciting opportunity for an experienced Graduate Architect to work as the second-in-charge to an experienced Project Architect. Specialise in a range of high calibre multi-residential projects with an industry leading Architect and Design studio. Focus on the delivery stage, assisting in the production of highly detailed construction drawings, and supporting junior team members.
DUTIES.
- Manage a range of large scale multi-residential projects
- Lead the production of CC documentation packages
- Attend site meetings, assist with consultant coordination
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture, ideally registered
- Strong competency in ArchiCAD
- Proven experience in larger complex projects
