Manage the development of construction documentation packages for medium to large scale multi-residential, mixed-use, and commercial projects. Be hands-on with projects, strengthening your portfolio and expertise in construction delivery in line with Australian Standards.
DUTIES.
- Produce high-quality pre-construction documentation
- Contribute to floor plans, elevations, sections, and construction details
- Coordinate with various consultants, attend site meetings
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Tertiary qualification in Architecture
- 4+ years’ experience on multi-residential projects
- Strong Revit competency in construction documentation
