ABOUT THE COMPANY.

This recently established architecture and interior design studio is steadily growing, with a strong pipeline of luxury residential projects and clients waiting to work with them. Focused on maintaining high standards, they’ve chosen to grow carefully rather than quickly.
The studio has developed a reputation for delivering some of the highest-selling homes across Sydney’s North Shore. With a team of around 20, evenly split between architecture and interior design, and supported by an offshore team in East Asia, they’re well-equipped to deliver high-end residential projects from concept to completion.

ABOUT THE POSITION.

This position is ideal for a Senior Interior Designer who has experience in luxury residential projects with a value of $10m plus. You will be the main client contact whilst collaborating with the offshore team to develop innovative designs.
You’ll be working under a director known for their passion for mentoring and a strong background with leading companies in the luxury industry.

DUTIES.
  • Work on feasibility reports and concept design
  • Deliver FE&E and present materials selections
  • Preparation of working drawings, specifications and schedules
  • Work across multiple projects simultaneously 
  • Close Client interaction and site visits
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • SketchUp proficiency required 
  • AutoCAD experience required
  • Revit proficiency preferred
  • You must have carried projects from concept to completion
  • Previous luxury residential experience required
  • Be personable with excellent Client interaction skills
