This studio specializes in high quality commercial office fit-outs, and manages both the design and construction in-house for a holistic and continuous service for their Clients. Due to their expanding workload, they have just opened a brand-new office last year.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
You will play a pivotal role in the continued growth of the Interior Design arm of the business, with the autonomy to work across all stages of the design process, take ownership of your projects, and receive ongoing mentorship to support your professional development.
This role offers a clear pathway to grow into a Head of Design position, providing the opportunity to lead the team, shape the design direction of the business, and play a key role in its long-term success.
DUTIES.
- Design and documentation in ArchiCAD
- Prepare and present concept presentations, concept design
- Liaise with clients and take detailed briefs
- Liaise with consultants, councils and team members
- FF&E’s and joinery documentation
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 5+ years of experience in Interior Design
- ArchiCAD proficiency is preferred
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Previous project experience with commercial projects is preferred
