Secure this exciting opportunity as a Senior Project Architect and lead an experienced and passionate team of Design professionals within the Residential and Mixed-Use sectors. You will report to the Senior Associate and will be mentored closely into more senior positions.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES.
- Be instrumental in the design and delivery of large scale projects
- Communicate design details within team and mentor Junior members
- Client and consultant management
- Revit documentation
- Review your teams work and ensure practicality and useability
- University qualification in Architecture, ideally Registered
- Strong experience with Revit and hand-sketching
- Portfolio demonstrating strong Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use, Aged Care or Hotel experience
- The ability to take the lead on a project and with a client
- A solutions mindset to Architecture and a technical mindset
- Architectural initiative!
