As the business continues to grow, they are now seeking a driven and experienced Senior Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of both current and upcoming projects. ABOUT THE POSITION

As the Senior Project Manager , you will report directly to the Project Director and collaborate with a highly capable project and site team to deliver multiple projects across NSW from design through to completion. These projects typically range in value from $2M to $10M and are supported by a well-resourced team including a Senior Site Manager, Senior Contracts Administrator, Contract Administrators, Foremen, Leading Hands, and Cadets.

  • End-to-end project delivery
  • Budget control and compliance

  • Stakeholder coordination and communication
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Tertiary or trade qualification in a construction-related discipline
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager or in a similar senior delivery role
  • Strong track record of employer loyalty and project stability
  • Ability to manage high-end fit out and refurbishment projects from inception to handover
