With a solid pipeline of new projects secured, they've created a Senior Project Manager position to take the lead on delivery. You'll be backed by an experienced team of Engineers, Supervisors and project staff throughout.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As Senior Project Manager, you'll take full ownership of project delivery from start to finish. Reporting to the Construction Manager, you'll partner with senior leadership to keep works on schedule, on budget and to the highest quality standards. You'll lead and mentor a team of Project Managers, Engineers and Supervisors, with genuine scope to shape delivery and step into a broader leadership role over time.
DUTIES.
- Take end to end ownership of project delivery and program
- Plan and coordinate the program of works across multiple fronts
- Own client, stakeholder and subcontractor relationships
- Drive financial reporting, forecasting and project performance
- Manage cost, budget and commercial outcomes to protect margin
- Mentor and develop junior project staff
We're looking for someone who has:
- A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
- Proven experience delivering projects in a senior Project Management capacity
- A strong background in earthworks or civil infrastructure
- Sharp commercial acumen and a firm grip on project budgets and reporting
- The leadership presence to guide a team and front clients with confidence
