Due to sustained growth and a healthy pipeline of upcoming projects, the firm is seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their Perth team.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
This opportunity is ideal for a Senior Quantity Surveyor ready to take the reins on complex, high-profile projects. You'll be trusted to lead across the full project lifecycle, from pre- to post-contract phases, in a firm that values innovation, initiative, and well-being. Provide guidance and hands-on training to Junior QS team members to foster their professional development.
DUTIES.
- Deliver accurate cost planning, estimation, and lifecycle value engineering.
- Prepare and analyse Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and risk assessments
- Lead and develop junior team members.
- Maintain strong relationships through clear, timely communication with clients, consultants, and contractors.
- Provide regular cost reporting and support key financial decisions.
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- 4+ years’ experience in Professional Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
- Proficient in CostX or equivalent software.
- Degree-qualified in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related field.
- Experience across Residential, Commercial, or Education sectors is highly regarded.
