This highly regarded consultancy is known for delivering innovative and professional Quantity Surveying services across a diverse range of sectors, including Residential, Commercial, Education, Aged Care, and Health. They are now seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their collaborative Brisbane team.
  
ABOUT THE POSITION. 

An excellent opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor looking to take ownership of complex, high-value projects and play a pivotal role in both pre- and post-contract services. You’ll work in a flexible environment that actively supports your career development and personal well-being.
  
DUTIES.
  • Provide detailed cost planning, estimation and value engineering.
  • Lead and mentor junior team members.
  • Conduct risk analysis and prepare comprehensive Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
  • Deliver accurate cost reporting and liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and consultants.
  
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
  • 5+ years of professional experience in Quantity Surveying or Cost Management.
  • Proficiency with CostX or similar software.
  • A degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related discipline.
  • Experience in Residential, Commercial or Education projects is beneficial.
