DUTIES
  • Lead the Sydney Tax QS division and mentor junior staff
  • Prepare and review detailed tax depreciation schedules for a range of properties
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide technical and advisory services
  • Ensure high-quality and accurate deliverables
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
  • Minimum 4 years’ Quantity Surveying experience, preferably with exposure to tax depreciation or property advisory
  • Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff
  • Strong communication and client-facing skills
  • Consultancy experience is highly regarded
