DUTIES
- Lead the Sydney Tax QS division and mentor junior staff
- Prepare and review detailed tax depreciation schedules for a range of properties
- Engage with clients and stakeholders to provide technical and advisory services
- Ensure high-quality and accurate deliverables
- Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or similar
- Minimum 4 years’ Quantity Surveying experience, preferably with exposure to tax depreciation or property advisory
- Proven ability to manage and mentor junior staff
- Strong communication and client-facing skills
- Consultancy experience is highly regarded
