ABOUT THE POSITION.

You’ll work closely alongside one of our highly respected Division Managers, gaining exposure to a thriving and well-established desk while playing a key role in its continued growth. As part of a collaborative and driven team, you’ll be equipped with the tools and support needed to succeed, while being empowered to take ownership of your results and maximise your earning potential through an uncapped commission structure.

DUTIES.

• Manage and grow candidate and client portfolios
• Drive business development initiatives
• Attend and lead candidate and client meetings
• Interview, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates
• Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
• Finalise placements and deliver exceptional outcomes
• Mentor and support junior consultants

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.   

• Proven recruitment experience within Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Government industries is highly advantageous
• A genuine passion for recruitment, with a strong drive to achieve and exceed targets
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a team-first environment
