- Proven recruitment experience within Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or Government
- A genuine passion for recruitment and a strong drive to hit and exceed targets
- Confident communication skills, written and verbal

You will work closely alongside one of our highly respected Division Managers, gaining exposure to a thriving, well-established desk while playing a key role in its continued growth. You will be equipped with the tools, support, and autonomy to own your results. This is not a passive position. You will:
- Manage and grow candidate and client portfolios
- Drive business development initiatives with purpose and pace
- Attend and lead candidate and client meetings
- Interview, assess, and shortlist high-quality candidates
- Negotiate offers and manage the end-to-end recruitment process
- Finalise placements and deliver exceptional outcomes
- Mentor and support junior consultants as you grow
- Uncapped commission: your earning potential is entirely in your hands
