ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
We are seeking a motivated and skilled senior remedial engineer to lead a team of remedial engineers while supporting successful project delivery. The role focuses on achieving high-quality and timely outcomes that exceed client expectations. A key part of the position involves mentoring and developing Junior Engineers to build team capability and foster professional growth. Regular collaboration with clients, including updates and technical advice, is key to maintaining strong relationships and project success.
  
DUTIES .
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Identify structural issues and recommend remedial solutions
  • Prepare clear, and tailored remedial reports
  • Manage projects independent insuring deadlines and quality
  • Maintaining strong client communication and relationships
  • Mentoring and leading a team of junior engineers
  
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor of Structural engineering or similar field.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Bluebeam, and REVIT
  • Previous experience in remedial engineering
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
