ABOUT THE ROLE.
As Senior Site Manager, you will take ownership of on-site delivery for commercial fit-out, refurbishment, and construction projects across NSW. You will manage daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. You will work closely with a well-structured project team including a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand. This opportunity suits a professional seeking long-term stability within a business recognised for strong staff retention and ongoing repeat work.
DUTIES.
- Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities
- Ensure all works comply with WHS legislation and site safety standards
- Oversee construction programming and scheduling
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent (highly regarded)
- Proven experience delivering commercial construction projects
- Demonstrated employment stability and strong project delivery history
