ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking an experienced Senior Structural Engineer to lead complex projects and manage a team of Junior Structural Engineers and Junior Drafters. The role involves overseeing structural designs in post-tensioned and reinforced concrete, steel, timber and masonry. You will lead residential, commercial and mixed-use projects from concept to completion, conducting regular site inspections, and coordinating with stakeholders. DUTIES.
- Collaborate effectively with builders, clients and key stakeholders
- Ensure all designs meet relevant standards and regulations
- Review and provide markups on structural drawings to ensure accuracy and quality
- Offer technical expertise throughout both the design and construction phrases
- Lead and deliver projects across residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Structural or Civil Engineering or similar field
- Proficient in INDUCTA, RAPT, Space Gass, Ram Concept or similar software.
- Ability to manage and mentor a team of Structural Engineers and Structural Drafters
- Previous experience in Structural Engineering
