Specialising in projects across residential, commercial, mixed-use, education, aged care, and other specialised projects, they combine technical expertise with a genuine passion for creating spaces that enhance communities.  We are seeking a motivated Senior Structural Engineer to lead projects and guide a team.
  
ABOUT THE POSITION.
   
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will be leading and managing projects from concept to completion while mentoring a team of junior engineers. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, architects, builders, and other key stakeholders to deliver effective and innovative design solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, mixed-use, aged-care, and health developments.
  
DUTIES.
  • Conduct site inspections
  • Deliver projects from concept to completion
  • Analyse structural elements reinforced and post-tension concrete, steel, timber and masonry
  • Give technical advice and support to clients and project teams
  • Collaborate with architects, clients and other stake holders

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.

  • Bachelor of Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering or similar
  • Proficient on INDUCTA, RAPT, RAM Concept, Space Gass, ETABS, MICROSTRAN or similar software
  • Previous experience working with post-tension and reinforced concrete, steel, timber and masonry elements
  • Mid to high rise projects will be highly regarded but not essential
