Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are seeking a Senior Structural Engineer to join their expanding team.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a self-driven Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead the design, analysis, and delivery of structural systems across residential, commercial, mixed-use, and specialised projects. You will manage and mentor a team of junior engineers while taking full ownership of complex projects from concept through to delivery. DUTIES.
- Design and analyse steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors and other stakeholders
- Prepare clear reports, drawings, and technical reports
- Ensure compliance with the design procedures and regulations
- Conduct site inspections
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
- Proficient in INDUCTA, RAPT, Space Gass, RAM Concept, ETABS or similar software
- Ability to work as a team and autonomously
- Strong desire for professional development and continuous improvement
