Located in the heart of Western Sydney, this multidisciplinary firm specialises in structural, civil, geotechnical, and environmental engineering for residential, commercial, mixed-use, industrial and other specialised projects. Known for their collaborative approach, this team works closely with councils and authorities to deliver efficient, practical, and cost-effective outcomes from project concept through to completion.
ABOUT THE POSITION.
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Senior Structural Engineer to work on a diverse portfolio of projects, including high-rise residential, commercial, mixed-use, and specialised developments. In this role, you will be responsible for the design, analysis, and delivery of structural systems while managing projects from concept to completion. You will also support and mentor junior engineers, contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team environment. DUTIES.
- Design and analyse steel, concrete, timber, and masonry structures
- Collaborate with clients, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Prepare clear reports, drawings, and technical documentation
- Ensure compliance with the design procedures and regulations
- Conduct site inspections
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor of Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent.
- Proven Structural Engineering experience
- Proficient in INDUCTA, RAPT, RAM Concept, Space Gass, ETABS, or similar software
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of Australian codes, standards, and engineering guidelines
