ABOUT THE POSITION.
  
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead and manage projects from concept to completion while mentoring a team of junior engineers. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, architects, builders, and other key stakeholders to deliver effective and innovative design solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, education, industrial, mixed-use, aged-care, and health developments.
  
DUTIES.
  • Managing a team of junior engineers and leading projects
  • Delivering projects from concept to completion
  • Attending site inspections
  • Collaborating with architects, clients, and other stakeholders
  • Providing technical advice and support to clients and projects teams
  
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a similar field
  • Proven structural engineering experience with a strong and diverse project portfolio
  • CPEng will be highly advantageous, but not essential
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
