ABOUT THE POSITION.
As a Senior Structural Engineer, you will lead and manage projects from concept to completion while mentoring a team of junior engineers. You’ll collaborate closely with clients, architects, builders, and other key stakeholders to deliver effective and innovative design solutions. The role offers the opportunity to work across a diverse range of projects, including residential, commercial, education, industrial, mixed-use, aged-care, and health developments.
DUTIES.
- Managing a team of junior engineers and leading projects
- Delivering projects from concept to completion
- Attending site inspections
- Collaborating with architects, clients, and other stakeholders
- Providing technical advice and support to clients and projects teams
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a similar field
- Proven structural engineering experience with a strong and diverse project portfolio
- CPEng will be highly advantageous, but not essential
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
