About the Position.
As a Site Engineer, you'll be a key player in the successful delivery of major commercial projects across the ACT. Working closely with both the Project Manager and Site Manager, you'll help drive quality outcomes while ensuring strict compliance with WHS legislation. This role also offers clear pathways for progression, whether you're looking to advance into contract management or step up into a Project Manager role.
Duties.
- Implement and manage construction plans, schedules, and budgets on-site
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including quality control, safety compliance, and workflow
- Collaborate with the Project Manager to resolve issues and ensure projects objectives are met
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation
- Tertiary or Trade Qualifications in building related discipline of preferable
- Proven record of monitoring, managing, and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes and Site/Project Engineer or similar
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Excellent verbal and written communication
