ABOUT THE POSITION.
As Site Engineer you'll be embedded within an experienced project team, taking ownership across every stage of a major commercial build. From coordinating trades and services to driving safety and quality outcomes, you'll get broad exposure across the full project lifecycle. This is a hands-on role designed to stretch your technical ability and fast-track your development into a well rounded Project Engineer.
DUTIES.
- Implement and manage construction plans, schedules and budgets on-site
- Oversee day-to-day site operations including quality control and safety compliance
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and vendors to keep the project moving
- Collaborate closely with your Project Manager to resolve issues and keep objectives on track
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reporting
- Monitor and report on project progress, flagging risks early
- Tertiary or Trade Qualification in a building related discipline is preferable
- Proven record of monitoring, managing and complying with WHS and Quality Assurance processes
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
