ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this role provides key support to the delivery team across a wide range of civil projects. You will be involved in works across Sydney, with individual project values exceeding $20 million.
DUTIES.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
• Preparing and managing project documentation including OH&S, QA and ITPs
• Liaising with the Project Manager and Site Foreman
• Coordinating and supervising subcontractors
• Monitoring project budgets and maintaining cost control
• Managing variations and submitting progress claims
• Ensuring compliance and quality standards through ITPs
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
• A degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline
• Previous experience in bulk earthworks or industrial projects
• Exposure to projects of similar scale and value
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
