ABOUT THE POSITION.
This Site Engineer role reports directly to the Project Engineer and will be based on projects in Western Sydney. You will work across several projects at once and gain broad exposure to all stages of delivery. The position suits someone who is eager to take initiative, contribute to outcomes and build strong technical capabilities.
DUTIES.
Your responsibilities will include
• Conducting OHS inspections on site
• Preparing quality assurance documentation and ITPs
• Managing and coordinating subcontractors
• Preparing and monitoring cost forecasts
• Assisting with scheduling and short term programming
• Monitoring site progress and reporting to the project team
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
• Bachelor of Civil Engineering or an equivalent tertiary qualification
• Experience delivering earthworks, subdivision or pavement works
• Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
• Proven involvement in projects of similar value and complexity
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
