ABOUT THE POSITION.
Reporting to the Project Manager, this Site Engineer role will see you based across active projects in Western Sydney. You will gain hands on exposure to the full project lifecycle across earthworks and subdivision scopes, working within a tight knit and experienced site team. This is a great opportunity for a Site Engineer looking to take genuine ownership of their work and grow within a supportive environment.
DUTIES.
Your responsibilities will include
- Conducting site inspections and maintaining OHS compliance
- Preparing quality assurance documentation and ITPs
- Coordinating and managing subcontractor activities on site
- Assisting with cost forecasting and budget monitoring
- Contributing to scheduling and short term programming
- Reporting on site progress to the broader project team
- Bachelor of Civil Engineering or equivalent tertiary qualification
- Demonstrated experience in earthworks, subdivision or bulk excavation projects
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Exposure to projects of comparable scale and complexity
- Well organised with a high level of attention to detail
