With a strong pipeline of upcoming work across the Sydney metro area, they are now seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee and deliver multiple high-end fit-out projects.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Site Manager, you will take charge of delivering high-quality commercial fit-out projects across Sydney. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the project site, including trades and subcontractors, ensuring the work is completed in line with WHS standards, quality expectations, and project timelines. You’ll be well supported by a dedicated team including a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand.
DUTIES
- Oversee and manage on-site construction activities
- Ensure all work complies with WHS legislation and company safety standards
- Schedule and maintain construction programs
- Manage subcontractors and ensure timely, high-quality delivery
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent is highly desirable
- Proven experience delivering commercial fit-out and refurbishment projects over $2M
- Demonstrated stability and reliability with previous employers
