Due to a strong pipeline of upcoming projects, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a commercial new build project in Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Site Manager , you will manage and deliver a high-quality commercial new build project to an exceptional standard. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of the site, coordinate trades and contractors, and ensure the project is executed within strict WHS, quality, and time parameters. You will be supported by a strong team including a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand .
DUTIES
- On-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction program scheduling
- Sub-contractor management
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent highly favourable
- Commercial experience highly favourable but not essential
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
