ABOUT THE ROLE
As Site Manager, you will oversee all on-site construction activities for this project. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, trades, and contractors, ensuring the project is delivered to high standards of WHS compliance, quality, and time management. You will be supported by a well-structured team consisting of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand.
DUTIES
- Manage all on-site construction activities
- Ensure all works comply with WHS legislation and standards
- Schedule and manage the construction program
- Oversee and coordinate subcontractors
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent (highly desirable)
- Commercial construction experience (highly regarded but not essential)
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
