They have a strong pipeline for upcoming work in Sydney and as such, this company is seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of current and upcoming commercial projects across Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As the Site Manager, you will be responsible for managing and delivering high-end commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to $20M. You will oversee the day to day running of the project site, its trades, contractors, and ensure that the project is being delivered within the parameters of WHS, quality, and time management. The role will be well supported by your team, which will consist of a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Leading Hand, and Cadets. This opportunity is best suited to an experienced Site Manager looking for a rewarding role, with exposure to exciting commercial fit-out projects across Sydney.
DUTIES.
- Oversee on-site construction activity management
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction programming – long and short range
- Sub-contractor Management
- Compliance and Quality Management
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE.
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Commercial site management experience on projects valued up to $20M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Commercial Fit-out and refurbishment experience is highly desirable
