With several projects ready to kick off, they’re now seeking a Site Manager to lead successful project delivery across Sydney.
ABOUT THE ROLE.
As the Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering commercial fit out and refurbishment projects valued up to $20M, supported by a well-resourced and capable delivery team. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, overseeing trades and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. This role is ideally suited to an experienced Site Manager, offering strong career development and a clear path toward becoming a Senior Site Manager.
DUTIES.
- Oversee on-site construction activity
- Ensuring all works are carried out in accordance with WHS legislation
- Construction programming – long and short range
- Sub-contractor Management
- Compliance and Quality Management
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Experience delivering commercial fit out projects up to $20M
- Showcase a strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Commercial fit out and refurbishment experience is essential
- Minimum 2 years experience required
