As a result, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee the delivery of current and upcoming projects across the region.
ABOUT THE POSITION
This role involves managing all aspects of site operations, with a strong emphasis on ensuring high-quality construction, safety, and on-site productivity. You will collaborate with a skilled and well-supported project team including a Project Manager, Contract Administrators and Cadets to ensure smooth project execution from start to finish.
DUTIES
- Oversee and manage on-site project activities
- Ensure excellence in WHS, quality, and compliance
- Develop and manage construction programming (short and long-term)
- Lead and manage the site team to achieve project outcomes
- Manage and audit subcontractor performance
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years experience in the construction industry
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial fitout projects valued between $5M and $10M
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
