Backed by a strong and growing pipeline of work, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to deliver a flagship commercial new build project in Sydney.

ABOUT THE ROLE

As Site Manager, you will take ownership of the on site delivery of a high-quality commercial new build project, ensuring execution to an exceptional standard. You will oversee daily site operations, coordinate subcontractors and trades, and ensure the project is delivered safely, on time, and in line with strict WHS and quality requirements. You will be supported by an experienced and collaborative project team including a Project Manager, Contracts Administrator, Foreman, and Leading Hand.

DUTIES
  • Manage day-to-day on-site construction activities
  • Ensure all works comply with WHS legislation and site safety standards
  • Oversee construction programming and scheduling
  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors and trades
SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
  • Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent (highly regarded)
  • Experience on commercial construction projects (advantageous but not essential)
  • Demonstrated employment stability and reliable project delivery
