With several projects ready to kick off, they’re now seeking a Site Manager to lead successful project delivery across Sydney.
ABOUT THE POSITION
As the Site Manager, you’ll play a key role in delivering commercial fitout, refurbishment and new build projects valued up to $20M, supported by a well-resourced and capable delivery team. You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the site, overseeing trades and subcontractors, and ensuring all works are delivered safely, on time, and to a high standard of quality. This role is ideally suited to an experienced Site Manager, offering strong career development and a clear path toward becoming a Senior Site Manager.
DUTIES
- Oversee and manage on-site project activities
- Ensure excellence in WHS, quality, and compliance
- Develop and manage construction programming (short- and long-term)
- Lead and manage the site team to achieve project outcomes
- Manage and audit subcontractor performance
- Trade qualification in Carpentry or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering commercial new build and fitout projects valued between $5M and $20M
- Strong track record of stability with previous employers
- Experience in small scale new build construction projects is highly preferred
