ABOUT THE POSITION.

As Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering largescale commercial build projects. The role entails management of all site activities, guiding teams, and ensuring outstanding standards in quality, safety, and timelines. You’ll play a central role in bringing high-profile projects to life, working alongside an accomplished Project Manager and a skilled support crew.

DUTIES.
  • Oversee and manage on-site project activities
  • Lead, develop, and mentor junior staff and site teams
  • Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
  • Oversee site safety, quality control, and day-to-day logistics
  • Toolbox talks, site inductions, WHS management and compliance 
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE.
  • Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial projects
  • Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and project sequencing
  • Ability to manage program, budgets, safety, and quality effectively
  • Trade background or Construction Management qualification preferable
  • Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
