ABOUT THE POSITION.
As Site Manager, you’ll play a vital role in delivering largescale commercial build projects. The role entails management of all site activities, guiding teams, and ensuring outstanding standards in quality, safety, and timelines. You’ll play a central role in bringing high-profile projects to life, working alongside an accomplished Project Manager and a skilled support crew.
DUTIES.
- Oversee and manage on-site project activities
- Lead, develop, and mentor junior staff and site teams
- Direct and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and trade partners
- Oversee site safety, quality control, and day-to-day logistics
- Toolbox talks, site inductions, WHS management and compliance
- Proven track record as a Site Manager on commercial projects
- Comprehensive knowledge of construction processes and project sequencing
- Ability to manage program, budgets, safety, and quality effectively
- Trade background or Construction Management qualification preferable
- Strong leadership, organisation, and communication skills
