About the Position.
As a Site Manager, you’ll oversee the day-to-day delivery of various commercial and multi-residential developments valued from $15M - $50M across Canberra. The role entails management of all site activities, guiding teams, and ensuring outstanding standards in quality, safety, and timelines. You’ll play a central role in bringing high-profile projects to life, working alongside an accomplished Project Manager and a skilled support crew.
Duties.
- Manage site safety, WHS, trades and subcontractors
- Implement the construction programming
- Ensure time restraints are adhered to
- Conduct inductions and tool box talks
- Read and interpret detailed site plans
- Scheduling of works and deliveries
- Site set out and mark out
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor / Manager on jobs $10M+
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to lead and coordinate site personnel
- Thorough understanding of WHS and site safety
