About the Position.
As a Site Supervisor, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of commercial fitout and refurbishment projects across Canberra. Working closely with a Project Manager and supported by trusted subcontractors, you’ll take full ownership of site activity, ensuring quality, safety, and timelines are on track from start to finish.
Duties.
- Oversee daily site operations and program coordination
- Manage subcontractors and site logistics
- Ensure site safety through toolbox talks and WHS compliance
- Maintain high-quality finishes and oversee defect rectification
- Collaborate with the PM to meet program targets and client expectations
- Trade qualified with fitout/refurb experience
- Strong background delivering commercial projects $2M+
- Effective communicator and on-site leader
- Ability to think ahead, troubleshoot, and manage time effectively
- Government or healthcare sector experience highly regarded
